To reinforce the image of Hong Kong as a fashion design hub and celebrate the evolution of SFT from an institute to a school, SFT organised The Hong Kong Next Fashion Talent Award with the theme ‘Hong Kong Culture – a mix of Chinese and Western influences’ for fashion lovers who are studying in S4, S5, Grade 10, and Grade 11 in Hong Kong. The contest aimed to stir the imagination and motivate the creativity of children as well as encourage their interest in the cultural elements of Hong Kong and increase their knowledge of these elements.
