Prior to joining the SHTM, Dr Fong worked in the hotel and catering industry for around 5 years. She completed her doctoral and master’s degrees at the SHTM in 2023 and 2010, respectively, and obtained her first degree at the University of Surrey in 2006. She hopes to share her experience and knowledge and facilitate the students' future career development and personal growth.
