Dr Cheng obtained a Doctor of Education from the University of Bristol. Her experience in the finance and hospitality sectors has given her a strong foundation in hotel management. She is eager to share her experience and knowledge with the younger generation, preparing them to become ethical individuals who contribute positively to society.

Dr. Cheng is dedicated to implementing service-learning pedagogies in her teaching. She has developed both local and international service-learning projects that offer students academic and holistic learning experience. Dr. Cheng serves as an Academic Advisor to undergraduate students.
