Assistant Professor

Biography

Dr Yitong Yu is an Assistant Professor in the School of Hotel and Tourism Management at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Her research interests focus on the dark side of leadership and employee well-being in the hospitality and tourism industry. Her most recent research looks at how human employees work decently with robots in the service industry, and the employee’s new working paradigm.
