- BSc (Hons) in Hotel and Tourism Management (Hotel Management)
- BSc (Hons) in Hotel and Tourism Management (Smart Tourism and Hospitality)
- BSc (Hons) in Hotel and Tourism Management (Event and Experience Management)
- The decision to admit a student into a specific programme option will be made by the School based on the student’s choice, GPA from the previous institution and interview results.
- Admitted students with outstanding academic results and interview performance will be awarded a one-time entry scholarship of HK$10,000.

Programme Aims
- To ensure the all-round education and development of School of Hotel and Tourism Management graduates.
- To nurture graduates who can contribute efficiently, effectively and sustainably to the operations and management of hospitality and tourism enterprises
- To provide a multi-disciplinary education that equips students with the professional knowledge and skills required to excel in a broad range of complex, managerial and specialised work activities in hospitality and tourism
- To nurture graduates who can make meaningful contributions to the quality of service in hospitality and tourism
Programme Options
The BSc (Hons) Scheme in Hotel and Tourism Management Senior Year Entry has 3 programme options:
- Hotel Management specialism
- Smart Tourism and Hospitality
- Event and Experience Management
All of these options combine theory and practice in the hotel, tourism, events and experience, and broader service industries with a customer service orientation; they produce graduates who are equipped for a variety of industry positions.
Graduates can progress rapidly to management-level positions within these industries, either locally or internationally.

Entrance Requirements
- Associate Degree (AD) / Higher Diploma (HD) in Hotel, Tourism, or Convention and Event Management
- Applicants in Business-related Disciplines with previous study in Hotel, Tourism, and/or Convention and Event Subjects OR relevant internship and/or industry experience in Hotels, Tourism and/or Event-related organizations would be an advantage.
- Interviews will be arranged for suitable candidates based on academic results obtained in the AD or HD programmes.
- Mature individuals with relevant academic qualifications and industry experience may also be considered.
- Preference will be given to applicants with good results in languages.
Career Prospects
After some years of experience, graduates can take up management positions in the hotel, tourism, event, and broader service sectors.
The specific career prospects will depend on their chosen programme option and/or the electives they take.
