Profile

Dr K.P. Kwan is a Professorial Project Fellow at the Service-Learning and Leadership Office, with a primary responsibility of supporting research and scholarship activities of the Office. Prior to joining SLLO in 2014, he was Head and Senior Officer of the University’s Educational Development Centre, and Special Assistant to Vice President (Academic Development). He has been heavily involved in formulating and supporting the implementation of the mandatory Service-Learning requirement of the University, and has rich experience and expertise in staff development in service-learning.  K.P. received his Bachelor in Social Sciences and Master of Education degrees from the University of Hong Kong, and his Doctorate in Education from Durham University (UK).  He has published widely in education and related fields, including service-learning.
