Our professional development process is based on the Kolb Experiential Learning Cycle (1984).
A series of professional development programmes to teachers, with different formats (seminars, workshops, sharing sessions, field visits), modes (online, face-to-face, hybrid), and different levels of involvements (one-off, intensive, or free-elective), to cater different needs of teachers.
