2025/26 Special Talents Admission and Recognition Scheme (STARS) Scholarship for Local Students

 

PolyU embraces students with special talents in Sports, Arts and Culture, Leadership and Community Services, and STEM through Special Talents Admission and Recognition Scheme (STARS). The scheme serves as an alternative admission route for students whose exceptional achievements cannot be fully reflected in their academic studies. More about STARS.

The STARS Scholarships recognise talents in four specific areas:

  • Sports,
  • Arts and Culture,
  • Leadership and Community Services, and
  • STEM

  • Renewable scholarship of HK$100,000

 

Tier 2

  • Renewable scholarship of HK$60,000

 

Tier 3

  • Renewable scholarship of HK$30,000

 

Tier 4

  • Renewable scholarship of HK$10,000

 

* Subject to meeting the required conditions for scholarship renewal.
