Hello everyone! This is Catherine from SHTM, studying Tourism and Events Management in Year 4. I transferred from HPSHCC - Higher Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management. When I came to PolyU, I was bewildered because I was unfamiliar with PolyU and did not make new friends. Also, the learning atmosphere differed from HPSHCC. Luckily, I joined the SYA Project, which helped me to adapt to my new school life in a short time and meet new friends. The SYA Student Ambassadors are very friendly; they also provided helpful information and answered my queries on Orientation Day. I hope you will enjoy university life at PolyU.
