Something about me:

I'm Daisy from the Institute of Textiles and Clothing. Before my study at PolyU, I was a marketing student at HKCC. As a senior-year admitted student, I feel like I am a freshman, and I was so confused about adapting to new campus life and worried about my study with a new major that related to fashion. Everything is new to me about suddenly switching learning environments. To better step out of my comfort zone, I tried my best to join different types of activities to enrich my U-life and expand my social network at this new stage in PolyU.

Most importantly, I’m glad to participate in the SYA peer mentorship programme, which gives me abundant valuable insights and pieces of advice to cater to my learning and deep understanding of PolyU. As a former SA of HKCC and now being the SA of the SYA project team, I hope I could make good use of my experience to better help senior freshmen step into another stage of U-life.
