Mr Albert Yip Tze-wai is the Chairman of Syndicate Capital Group, a finance service provider that supports fintech and Central Bank Digital Currency initiatives. The Group garnered honours such as Investor Champion and Corporate Champion in the Hong Kong Fintech Week event Global Fast Track. Named one of the Top 10 CEOs in Hong Kong to Follow on Linkedin, Mr Yip has been appointed various C-suite roles across Asia Pacific and the U.S. by Fortune 500 leaders in the banking and financial sectors, including Senior Vice President and Asia-Pacific Head of Corporate Audit at State Street Corporation, and top management positions at Manulife Financial and Westpac Bank. In addition to his career endeavours, Mr Yip also holds many public offices, namely Chairman of WealthTech Committee under IFTA, and Chairman of Investment Committee under the Institute of ESG and Benchmark. Since 2019, he has been a member of the Task Force on Sustainable and Inclusive Finance under the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific. Formerly Chairman of Financial Services Committee, Greater China Division of CPA Australia, Mr Yip was also the first Asian honouree of the World Council and Assembly on Cooperative Education Award.

Mr Tang Man-chun, Founder of ConceptFound, is a pioneering entrepreneur in the Greater Bay Area (GBA). At the age of 28, he founded his first start-up developing augmented reality technology for various international brands and government enterprises. In 2018, he embarked on a solo journey in the GBA in search of business opportunities and to experience the business environment from ground zero. Ultimately, he established branch offices of his start-up in Dongguan and Zhuhai within a year. As a young entrepreneur in the GBA, his remarkable achievements have earned him numerous accolades. He frequently shares his experiences in innovation and entrepreneurship, and actively fosters young talents by financially supporting outstanding students with scholarships. Moreover, Mr Tang is dedicated to giving back to society by leveraging his expertise and serving on multiple government committees. He also volunteers as a mentor for many organisations, striving to share his insights on innovation, entrepreneurship, and business practices with young people. With his entrepreneurial passion and unwavering belief in innovation, Mr Tang has become a guiding figure for young entrepreneurs, driving the development of GBA into a regional tech hub.
