Photo- and electro-catalysis-GC tandem system

Introduction:

This system consists of 4 individual parts: the photocatalysis section, the electrocatalysis section, the gas chromatography (GC) module and the supporting part. The photocatalysis sectionCEL-PAEM-D8Plus includes an adjustable high power Xe lamp (CEL-PF300-T6), a photocatalytic reactor and a water-cooling system. The main component of the electrocatalysis unit is an electrochemical workstation. The GC model GC7920 has one gas outlet port and two gas inlet ports which connect to the photocatalysis system and the electrocatalysis system, respectively. The supporting part include a hydrogen generator and an air generator with a gas dryer. The whole system is Beijing Aulight brand.

   Heating rate: ≤ 80 °C/min

Sensitivity: DFID  3×10-12 g/s (hexadecane / isooctane)

Drift: ≤ 0.2 mV (30 min)

   TCD detector

Sensitivity: S ≥ 10000 mV·mL/mg (benzene / toluene)

Drift: ≤ 20 μV (30 min)

2. CEL-PF300-T6

   Optical output power: 0 to 20 suns (1 sun = 1000 W/m2)

  Emission wavelength: 300 to 2500 nm

   Light spot diameter: ≥ 60 mm
