Make an Appointment

make an appointment

To schedule an appointment :

  1. Please contact your counsellor for referral; or
  2. Contact UHS at 2766 5433 for an appointment; or
  3. Come to UHS in person.

Our nurse will talk to you and arrange appropriate appointment for you.

 

PolyU full time students and staff are eligible for our services.
One-month service grace period will be given to students upon confirmation of their eligibility for graduation.
