Preparation for your vaccination appointment

• Depending on the type of vaccines, you maybe arranged to see our doctors for consultation first.
• You will be asked to sign the vaccination consent form.
• Please inform our doctors or staff about any previous history of vaccine or drug allergy.
• Please bring along your vaccination record.
• Remember to keep your vaccination record properly.

• If you wish to enquire about vaccination arrangement for exchange study, please make appointment via our Reception either by phone at 2766 5433 or in person (Online booking is not applicable). 

• If you wish to enquire about children immunization or Hong Kong Childhood Immunization Programme, please make appointment via our Reception by phone at 2766 5433  (Online booking is not applicable). Our nurse will call you back for further arrangement.
