  • For further information, please refer to the alternative schedule of the Hong Kong Childhood Immunization Programme. 

 

  • Rotavirus vaccination series consist of two doses administered orally. The first dose should be administered to infants beginning at 6 weeks of age. There should be an interval of at least 4 weeks between the first and second dose. The 2-dose series should be completed by 24 weeks of age.

Preparation for your vaccination appointment
  • Depending on the type of vaccines, you maybe arranged to see our doctors for consultation first.
  • You will be asked to sign the vaccination consent form.
  • Please inform our doctors or staff about any previous history of vaccine or drug allergy.
  • Please bring along your vaccination record.
  • Remember to keep your vaccination record properly.
 
What to do next
  • If you wish to enquire about children immunization or Hong Kong Childhood Immunization Programme, please make appointment via our Reception by phone at 2766 5433  (Online booking is not applicable). Our nurse will call you back for further arrangement.   

PolyU full time students and staff are eligible for our services.
One-month service grace period will be given to students upon confirmation of their eligibility for graduation.
