The L2L Video Contest invites students and teachers to create short videos to share their insights and discoveries with a view to helping others to become better learners. The L2L Video Contest will take place from March to May 2022. It is open to students (individual & team), teachers (individual & team) and student+teacher teams.

Orientation and complimentary workshops

Date: 4 March 2022 (Friday)
Time: 3:30-4:30 pm
Venue: Online via Zoom
Facilitators: Vivian Cao (EDC), Kenneth Tam (EDC)

This orientation will explain details of the contest, including objectives, requirements, assessment process and criteria, awards, prizes, and additional support such as training workshops. The Learning to Learn concepts will also be introduced to help participants to brainstorm ideas and content of their videos.

In this workshop, Ms Anna Ho of the English Language Centre (ELC) will share some useful tips on how to communicate your ideas effectively and deliver a clear message in a short video. This workshop is intended for students and teachers who want to take part in the L2L Video Contest, but others are also welcome.
