We are proud to announce that two scientific research projects at ABCT have received the Ministry of Education's Higher Education Outstanding Scientific Research Output Awards (Science and Technology) 2020.
Deputy President and Provost Prof. Wing-Tak WONG, Dr. Ga-lai LAW and Dr. Lijun JIANG won Second-Class Award in Natural Science with the research project entitled "The design, fundamental research and biological applications of fluorescent small molecules" in collaboration with HKBU researchers.
Besides that, Dr. Ka-hing WONG won Second-Class Award in Technological Innovation with his research project "Key Technologies for Efficient Preparation of Nano-selenium and its Biomedical Applications" in collaboration with Jinan University and Guangdong Jinan Established Selenium Source Nano Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd.
The Higher Education Outstanding Scientific Research Output Awards were set up to honour remarkable contributions of researchers and academicians nationwide, and to showcase science and technology advances from Chinese researchers.
