#Students who have successfully completed the Professional Training Course for Carbon Trader under ABCT 5038 and passed the examination are recognized by Shanghai Environment and Energy Exchange (SEEE) as meeting the registration requirement. Students can be registered as Class I Carbon Emission Trader with the SEEE upon payment of the registration fee.

It manages the national carbon emissions trading system, facilitates the trade of China Certified Emission Reductions (CCER), and operates the Shanghai regional carbon trading market.
