Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) with a Major in Marketing (2010)

Mr Kino Law co-founded K&K Property Group with his father, Mr Raymond Law, in 2012. He now serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of K&K Property Holdings Limited, as well as the Chairman of K&K Charity with a mission to empower underprivileged teenagers through sports education. Before founding K&K Property Group, he accumulated experiences in investment banks and Park Hotel Group. So far, Mr Law has been involved in a number of property transactions within the family business, including the sales of a HK$1.9 billion shopping mall in Hong Kong in 2012 and two hotels in Singapore worth HK$8.8 billion in 2013. He also oversees land acquisitions, product design and development, as well as sales and marketing of at least 18 real estate projects in Hong Kong and London. Under Mr Law’s leadership, K&K Charity sponsored Smart-e Competition 2017 jointly hosted by PolyU’s Faculty of Business and Faculty of Construction and Environment. The competition solicited creative proposals on sustainable housing for young people in Hong Kong. The winning team was subsidised to participate in an international conference to share their ideas. The competition attracted much attention to PolyU’s endeavours in sustainable building.
