Prof. Peng Jinqing, an esteemed academic at Hunan University in China, served as a postdoctoral fellow at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory prior to his current position. With a remarkable track record, he has been the principal investigator for over 10 competitive research grants. His contributions to the field are evident through the publication of more than 150 peer-reviewed papers. In 2019, Prof. Peng received recognition as one of the youngest Most Cited Chinese Researchers in the building and construction field and earned the prestigious second prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award from the Ministry of Education in China, with outstanding research in building-integrated photovoltaics. Notably, Stanford University’s assessment in 2022 placed him among the top 2% of most-cited scientists worldwide.
