The service hours of the Department of Building and Real Estate General Office (ZS725) are as follows:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 5:35 pm |
| Lunch break: 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm |
|
Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays: Closed |
|
The service hours of the Studio and other laboratories remain unchanged. |

A drop-box for BRE General Office and assignment boxes are located next to the lift lobby of South Tower, 7/F, Block Z, PolyU. Information of the Department is available on the website at https://www.polyu.edu.hk/bre. |
