Introduction to ‘Doctor of International Real Estate and Construction Programme’ cum Distinguished Talk on ‘Real Estate Industry Professionals - A Journey on the Industry Development and What's needed for the Future’

Ringing in the New Year, we are very honoured to have had Dr Charles Lam, Permanent Honorary President, China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong and International Chapter (CRECCHKI), and Adjunct Professor, PolyU’s School of Accounting and Finance, to deliver a very inspiring talk on 9 January 2021 (Saturday), as the first chapter of our signature event ‘BRE Distinguished Lecture’ this year. With a wealth of expertise and experience, apart from the new trends in the Real Estate Industry, Dr Lam shared his words of wisdom about how important the postgraduate study is to fit himself for the challenging career. Additionally, Prof. Eddie Hui, Programme Leader of Doctor of International Real Estate and Construction Programme (DIREC), was invited to make the introduction to this 1st professional doctorate in international real estate and construction in Hong Kong.
