Area of Research
Building Information Modelling (BIM), Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs), Sustainable Construction,Construction Project Management, Machine Learning, Data Science, Digital Construction, and Construction in Developing Countries.
Research Scope
His current research focuses on Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) in Developing countries whereSMEs are the backbone of the economy and vital to the country’s development. Specifically, the adoption and implementation of Building Information Modelling(BIM)in the Construction Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) in Developing Countries. It involves developing a dynamic model for the firms towards sustainable adoption of BIM at the organization level and development of a hybrid intelligent system for such firms at the project level.
Research Methodology
A mixed research methodology is currently adopted in the research study. Methods include in-depth literature reviews, interviews with experts, Delphi survey, Case studies, Focus Group Discussion, and Empirical questionnaire surveys.
Descriptive and inferential statistical tools are proposed to analyze the data coupled with the use of Machine Learning techniques.
