We are so excited to learn that Dr. GUO Shan, our PhD Graduate, got the Outstanding Young Scholar Award and a job of an assistant professor at the Department of Land Management, the Faculty of Public Management and Administration of the Renmin University of China(RUC).
Funded by the Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme, with Prof. Geoffrey Shen’s supervision, Dr. Guo completed her Ph Din our Department this year.Her research focuses on China’s sustainable land use and modeling the water-land nexus.
