Ms. Monique Law, Assistant Professor of Practice

Ms. Monique Law is currently Assistant Professor of Practice of the Speech Therapy Unit in the Department of Chinese and Bilingual Studies of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Speech and Hearing Sciences from The University of Hong Kong and qualified as a speech therapist. She later received her Master of Arts in Language Studies from City University of Hong Kong.
Ms. Law practised as a speech therapist at non-governmental organization and in the private sector, serving children with communication disorders and various degrees of disabilities. She had been involved in a broad spectrum of clinical and administrative functions, including but not limited to providing consultancy service to multi-disciplinary teams, supervising service delivery and developing clinical tools. Ms. Law currently focuses on clinical speech therapy education, supervising student speech therapists’ clinical practicum.
Ms. Law is a Full Member of The Hong Kong Association of Speech Therapists. She is also a Hanen Certified Speech Therapist.
Ms. Law is fluent in Cantonese and English. |
