Dr. Xuemei LIN
Biography
Dr. Xuemei LIN joined CNERC in June 2016 and is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow at PolyU. She received her BEng and MEng degrees from Hebei University of Technology and Zhejiang University respectively. In September 2017, she pursued further study at PolyU with the support of CNERC and obtained her PhD Degree in Building Engineering in February 2022. Her research interest is mainly to investigate the structural performance of high strength steel bolted connections, aiming to propose new design recommendations or develop rational design methods for their effective use in construction.
