Prof. Yujie YU is currently a professor in Central South University. She joined CNERC as a Senior research fellow in February 2024 for three months. She received her Ph.D. and B.S. from University of Tianjin University in 2016 and 2011, respectively. Dr. Yu published around 60 publications, which were cited 1435 times with an i10-index of 38 (March 2024). Her primary research interests are in steel material properties under multiple hazards like fire, seismic excitation, corrosion and fatigue, and the prefabricated steel structures. She leaded two NSFC projects and four provincial projects, and also participated in four infrastructure-related research projects sponsored by MOST.
