Biography
Dr. Meng joined the CNERC in February 2025 as a Postdoctoral Fellow. He received his BEng, MEng, and PhD degrees in Civil Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2017, 2019, and 2024 respectively. Dr. Meng’s research mainly focuses on the stability and impact-resistant performance of aluminum alloy and foam-filled aluminum alloy structures, including buckling behavior of axial compressed aluminum alloy composite tubes, dynamic response and design methods for tubes subjected to coupled axial compression and lateral impact.
