Biography
Dr. Zhu joined the CNERC in May 2024 as a Postdoctoral Fellow. She received her BEng degree in civil engineering from Chongqing University in 2015, her MEng degree in Civil Infrastructural Engineering and Management from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2018, and her PhD degree in Civil Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnique University in 2024.Dr. Zhu's research mainly focuses on the structural behaviour of S690 and S960 welded sections , welding technology, welding simulations, and some related works in microstructure changes of high strength steel.
