Nabertherm NW440 chamber furnace

The Nabertherm NW440 chamber furnace is a shuttle furnace with a completely free-moving trolley. The furnace features a specially designed heating element arrangement to provide efficient heating from five sides, ensuring optimum temperature uniformity and a maximum heating temperature of 1300 ℃. The furnace table of the NW440 chamber furnace can be easily pulled out of the chamber with a drawer mechanism to satisfy the needs of removing heavy specimens from the furnace at high temperatures. The design of the NW 440 chamber furnace, such as multi-layer insulation with light-weight refractory bricks and high-quality, energy-saving backing insulation, makes it ideal for heat treatment of metallic materials.
