The University Court held its 17th meeting at the PolyU Shenzhen Base on 22 May.  After the meeting, Court members joined a guided tour of the major research centres and facilities of the Shenzhen Base, which officially opened its doors in July 2011 for providing one-stop service in scientific research, training and enterprise incubation.

The day’s events were nicely concluded with dinner at Bauhinia Villa with Professor Liu Yingli, former Executive Vice Mayor of the Shenzhen Municipal Government and key person in steering the evolution of the hi-technology industry in Shenzhen.
