Mr Chan retired as the Director of Electrical and Mechanical Services after serving 29 years with the Government. |
Dr Lam Tai-fai
(Textiles Technology graduate) |
Dr Lam is awarded for his significant contribution to the development of small and medium enterprises, and in the promotion of sports and youth development in Hong Kong. |

Dr Albert Cheuk Chun-yin
(Management Studies graduate) |
Dr Cheuk is awarded the Hong Kong Police Medal for Distinguished Service. He is now an Assistant Commissioner of Police and has served in the Hong Kong Police Force for over 34 years. |
Mr Liu Cheung-shing
(Fabric Manufacture graduate) |
Mr Liu is awarded the Hong Kong Customs and Excise Medal for Distinguished Service. He retired as a Chief Superintendent of Customs and Excise after serving in the Customs and Excise Department for over 33 years. |
