On 3 July, PolyU’s Institute of Textiles and Clothing (ITC) staged its Master of Arts Graduation Fashion Show at the Hong Kong Fashion Week for Spring/Summer 2013 hosted by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council. The creative works of 12 selected graduating students of the Master of Arts in Fashion and Textile Design, each presented a collection of six outfits under a chosen theme, were showcased. Details>>

Another recent event was the Fashion ．Terracotta Warrior Inspired Fashion Design Competition jointly organized by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department and the Hong Kong Design Centre, with ITC as the design collaborator. Solely sponsored by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, the event was to promote “The Majesty of All Under Heaven: The Eternal Realm of China’s First Emperor” exhibition and saw keen participation by fashion design students and graduates in Hong Kong, Macau and the Chinese mainland.
