| PolyU’s China Business Centre was entrusted by the Hunan provincial government to organize a training programme on “Reserve Talents from Provincial Supervision Enterprise” which aims at enhancing the competitiveness of talents. Officiating at the opening ceremony held on 11 October were Mr Li Youzhi, Vice Governor of Hunan Province; and Ms Guo Li, Deputy Director of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in Hong Kong. PolyU Deputy President and Provost Prof. Philip Chan, and Vice President (Institutional Advancement and Partnership) Prof. Angelina Yuen, attended the ceremony.
