In early November, PolyU’s Department of Mechanical Engineering held a Product Design Show themed “Design with Impact through Innovation”, displaying engineering students’ designs which turn innovation into application. Divided into four zones, namely “Houseware Products”, “Kitchenware Products”, “Electrical Appliances” and “Green Materials and Plastics”, the show put on display 25 prototypes and 60 other ideas of student projects in posters.
