Over HK$5 million has been raised for the PolyU Development Foundation and PolyU Student Development Fund during the PolyU Charity Dinner held on 14 December at JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong.

The function’s organizing committee was chaired by celebrity Ms Cally Kwong and was comprised of a great number of community leaders. Guests invited for performance at the Dinner included Mr Stephen Chan, General Manager (Broadcasting) of Television Broadcasts Limited, and pop singers Mr Hins Cheung and Ms Ivana Wong. Another highlight of the event was a charity auction of painting masterpieces and jewellery.
