PolyU and the Royal College of Art teamed up to establish the first-ever research facility that integrates AI into designing products and services – PolyU|RCA Artificial Intelligence Design Laboratory. Leading the world in a new design paradigm, this lab will contribute to the innovation and technology development in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area.
Ten PolyU-led projects secured $65 million from the Research Impact Fund (RIF) 2018/19. Half of them are health-related, displaying the University’s efforts in finding medical solutions to address societal needs.
