The University is committed to equal opportunities in academic pursuit and employment and to eliminating any form of discrimination against all staff members, students, and other persons who have dealings with the University.  Any discriminatory acts against a person on the grounds of sex, breastfeeding, marital status, pregnancy, disability, family status or race will not be tolerated by the University. 

The University is also dedicated to fostering an environment that embraces diversity and demonstrates inclusion of people from all backgrounds, cultures, identities and experiences where all members of the University are treated with fairness, dignity and respect.
