Informal Resolution
The University encourages constructive dialogue between parties of different views, and prompt resolution of conflicts and disputes before they escalate into serious grievances. Staff members/students who feel sexually harassed can seek advice and support from the approved list of advisers/conciliators of the University for resolving the allegation through informal resolution.
