Biography
Dr Lee received both his B.Sc. degree (2014) and his PhD degree (2020) in Statistics from The University of Hong Kong. He is now a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Applied Mathematics at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. His research interests cover several important aspects across survival analysis, namely change-point models, informative clustering problems, the analyses of interval-censored data, and nonparametric estimation methods. The research work has been focused on the application to medical data. In recent publications, he studied the risk of patients with primary biliary cholangitis, the disease-free survival of breast cancer patients, and the risk of periodontal disease.
