Surveying Student’s Fruitful WIE Internship in South Africa

Thanks to Ng Wing Sze for capturing gorgeous moments of her eye-opening WIE internship! As a year-three Surveying student, Wing Sze had her fruitful internship in the world-famous QS consultancy firm, ‘RLB Pentad Quantity Surveyors Limited’ in South Africa this summer.

Work-Integrated Education (WIE) has played an indispensable role in the curriculum of full-time degree programmes in our Department since its launch in 2006. It enables our students to get a taste of applying the knowledge they learnt in classes to the workplace in the construction industry. We believe that WIE can also inspire our students to pursue excellence in their academic development and future professions. It is a privilege that we have received great support from a range of companies in the construction industry.
