Partnership

In line with strategic development of WIE in the Department of Building and Real Estate (BRE), we have been striving for continuous collaborations with industry partners.

With the shared mission in developing potential talents in the industry, BRE has signed Memorandums of Understanding with eleven (11) pioneering corporations respectively on the continuous collaborations on WIE. They are Feng Cheng Property Management Co., Ltd., Goodwell Property Management Ltd., Hong Kong Housing Society, Hsin Chong Construction Group Ltd., Kai Shing Management Services Limited, Knight Frank, Leighton Contractors (Asia) Limited, My Top Home (China) Holdings Ltd., Rider Levett Bucknall, The Link Management Limited and Urban Group (in alphabetical order).

It is an understanding agreed upon the provision of a number of placements for BRE students by WIE Partners on a yearly basis. This signifies a long-term involvement of our partners in grooming our students for the industry through supporting our WIE.
