The Campus Facilities and Sustainability Office (CFSO) is a multi-disciplinary unit that coordinates and maintains building and facility related services at PolyU and provides these services at the strategic, tactical and operational levels to the entire university community. We offer a wide range of quality services and support to meet the needs of our user departments as well.
Beyond these duties, we also connect academic and non-academic departments and external organisations and work with them to steer sustainability initiatives across PolyU campuses. As campus strategies focus on resource efficiency and the increasingly dynamic use of the campus, we are here to support sustainability-related research and various campus management decisions by enabling various smart campus tools and platforms.
The services provided by us have a direct impact on every member of the PolyU community. Most of the services provided happen behind the scenes, at times or in locations not generally noticed by many members of our community, but they are crucial to ensure the smooth operation and strategic development of the University.
