The campus site licenses for a list of commonly-used Microsoft (MS) software covered under the Microsoft Enrolment for Education Solutions (EES, previously called Microsoft Campus Agreement) have been renewed for the next 3-year period of 2020/21 – 2022/23. PolyU users (Education Qualified User (EQU)) can continue to use popular MS software tools on University-owned PCs for work-related purposes.

There will be minor changes on the list of software products covered under the new agreement.
Products covered under the EES

Please note that MS Project Professional and SQL CAL license are NOT covered in the new EES agreement. For staff who wish to continue using MS Project can consider switching to ‘Project Essential plus Planner’ for free under the O365 Online tools or acquire the MS Project license at educational discount through EES or MOLP, please click here for more details.
Special License Usage Rights on home machine
PolyU EQU users are entitled to run one copy of the software products covered in the Agreement on either a home laptop or desktop for school-related purposes, provided that the 2 copies (MS product installed on University PC and home machine) are not running concurrently.
Foreign Language Rights
All EQU users are also granted the "Foreign Language Rights" which entitle them to run the software products covered in any available language.
Upgrade/Downgrade Rights
EQU users are also granted the right to run the new versions of the software included in the Agreement as and when they are released. You can also run any previous version of the software.
