As communicated in the June issue of ITS eNewsletter, a new one-stop platform for logging and tracking IT-related support requests ‘IT Online ServiceDesk’ has been launched and Hotline Tracking System (HOTS) will retire on 31 Aug 2021.
It may be hard to say goodbye to HOTS as we get used to it, but the IT Online ServiceDesk is a more comprehensive and convenient platform to manage enquiries with more benefits.
Starting from now, if you have new requests regarding University IT facilities and services, you are welcome to submit your case via IT Online ServiceDesk and we will update the case and communicate with you through this system.
