To provide consultation to individual departments and enhance communication and collaboration, a dedicated senior ITS staff member, named 'ITS Representative to Department' (IRD), has been assigned as the direct contact point to each Department/Office/Centre/Unit. The IRDs will coordinate to provide advice to departments on their IT initiatives and to better understand the departments’ priorities, as well as provide updates on IT services.
Computer Liaison Officers (CLOs) and other colleagues involved in the planning and development of departmental IT initiatives and projects are always welcome to contact their IRD for discussion on IT support and training required.
