A series of online webinars and on-site demo sessions will be available in August 2021 to facilitate teaching instructors and assistants, CLOs of academic department and appointed in-class student helpers to prepare for hybrid mode teaching delivery at campus teaching venues.

Webinars: Conduct hybrid mode teaching delivery at GT/LT using Cloud based VC platform
Topics to cover:
- Use of AV-IT facilities available at GT/ LT to conduct hybrid mode teaching delivery
- Using VC tool (Blackboard Collaborate Ultra, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom) on PC of teaching venue to synchronize experience of in class and remote students
- New AV-IT facilities control at LT and GT with 50 or more seats e.g. ceiling camera preset visual view selection, ceiling microphone used for lecture and discussion mode
- Presenting with PowerPoint, VC tool whiteboard or in class visualizer
- Record a class session via VC tool
- Leverage enrolled class student as in class student helper to monitor experience of remote students during class
- Use own notebook to demo specific software or language feature as guest participant to VC session

- Default settings for visual and audio source
- Selection of ceiling camera visual view to align with teaching style for LT and GT >= 50 seats / adjust PC monitor mounting for webcam view for GT < 50 seats
- Use of wireless microphone in LT / ceiling microphone in GT > = 50 seats / wired mic in GT <=50 seats
