Microsoft Forms allows users to create custom surveys, quizzes, polls, and questionnaires. Users can provide response to survey, quizzes, polls or questionnaires using a web browser on devices with different types of form factor. Collected responses can be reviewed and analyzed using MS Office software.
Some new features in Microsoft Forms:
1. MS forms templates gallery
Users can select templates for various purposes ranging from feedback and evaluation surveys to registration and application forms. They may apply customization to meet specific needs accordingly.
2. “Smart convert” function - from MS Word or PDF document to MS forms
Users can draft quiz or survey question in MS Word and use “Smart convert” function to convert the file to online quiz / survey e-form. After, users can proceed the MS form with further editing.
3. Tasks like online form creation, result analysis are fully supported across devices with different types of form factor including mobile devices
Microsoft Forms on mobile has full-feature functionality including quiz creation, grading, and commenting, users can make use of all form features while on the go. One can start with form drafting on mobile, edit and distribute via desktop, then switch to mobile to view quiz results.
4. Track polling response and issue reminder notice
Invitation email message can be issued to the target group to solicit their feedback. For those not yet provided response, reminder notice can be issued to drive up response rate before target feedback collection closing date.
