This means that you no longer need to rely on additional SSH and sftp clients to access the HPC Platform. All operations can now be performed effortlessly using a simple web browser.
You can now navigate the system seamlessly, transfer and manage files, submit jobs, run command-line mode applications, and utilize GUI-based applications — all through a single web browser. This streamlined approach simplifies the entire process, saving your valuable time and effort.
Our platform is also designed to empower students across diverse domains. Whether you are engaged in simulations, data analytic, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Generative AI, our Student HPC Platform equips you with the necessary tools and resources to excel. Our platform is equipped with program development tools such as Jupyter Notebook/Lab and RStudio, along with application tools like Octave and TensorBoard. These tools, coupled with our robust workspace management features, provide you a unique computing experience.
Starting from 3 February 2024, our Student HPC web portal can be accessed from outside the campus. This means that you can now take the advantages of our state-of-the-art platform from the comfort of your own home, a cafe, or any location with an internet connection.
