Chelsea is currently a Professor of Practice (Management) in the Department of Management and Marketing. She received her DBA from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and also holds a Bachelor of Economics from Harbin Engineering University and a Master of Civil and Commercial Law from Renmin University of China.

Chelsea previously served as the Managing Director of an asset management company in Hong Kong, where she oversaw daily operations and long-term strategic planning. Her extensive management experience spans across large state-owned enterprises to publicly listed companies in the emerging technology sector.
